The project originates from the consolidated experience of the Ministry of Justice in Electronic Civil Proceedings (PCT platform). PCT is one of the most advanced solutions worldwide in the field of Justice. It has already enabled considerable resources to be recovered by making judicial actions more effective. As a research project, PSC proposes the development of innovative methods and tools for the design, production and installation of a hybrid platform-as-a-service, for secure data and process management, authentication of the parties involved and the definition of new “judicial” services to be offered to the parties involved. As a technology transfer project, PSC proposes the design and development of a service platform and innovative models for cooperation and interaction between the Judicial System and the external actors.
