The aim of project is to create a network of assistance towards the citizen based on a network of integrated health and social services based on interoperable devices / systems. It will stand on a architecture based on paradigms of cloud computing aimed at connecting the companies, agencies providing services and the actors that will use them (mainly recognized as citizens and families). The infrastructure has to be open and accessible to all, able to provide the “normal” services currently delivered and to enable innovative services now hardly provided or very expensive . Another purpose is to improve the “quality of life” of families and in general people which have temporary or permanent weaknesses or even for people that haven’t particular health care problems.
LIFEMED “Integrated logistics of drugs and medical devices”

The aim of the project is the creation of an innovative organizational and logistical mode to manage drugs and medical devices, which is able to cover its entire chain management in an integrated manner (prescription and demand management, supply, logistics, preparation, mounting and administration). This will be achieved through the development of ICT solutions able to activate new management models and to increase the level of interaction between the hospitals. The proposal aims to experience some prototype solutions for the pharmaceutical logistics management within an hospitals network of the Municipality of Milan and Turin.
