(AGI) Rome, Oct 26 - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and itssubsidiary company Ferrari have announced the closing of theinitial public offering of 18,892,150 Ferrari shares at aninitial price of 52 dollars per share. A statement said theshares sold at closing included the underwriters' option topurchase an additional aggregate of up to 1,717,150 commonshares of Ferrari. All the shares were offered and sold by FCA,and the total gross proceeds to FCA were 982.4 million dollars.(AGI). .
