Turkish Muslim clerics issue fatwa against tattoos
(AGI) Ankara, Jan 9 - Turkey's top religious body has urgedMuslims with tattoos to either remove them or at least repentfor their sin. The first to criticise the spread of tattoos asa fashion statement among Turkey's youth was President RecepTayyip Erdogan, who labelled them as "immoral".
