(AGI) New York, July 8 - U.S. tech giant Microsoft said onWednesday that it will cut 7,800 jobs as it attempts to reviveits flagging phone hardware business - starting with arestructuring costing 750 to 850 million dollars. The companyis also writing off 7.6 billion dollars related to itsacquisition of the Nokia phone business. This is the secondround of layoffs in a year for the software giant, which in2014 had cut 18,000 jobs after taking over Nokia.
