(AGI) Washington DC, Sept 28 - Barack Obama has admitted that"U.S. intelligence underestimated" the growth of the IslamicState (ISIS), both in Iraq and Syria. According to the U.S.President, the intelligence services also overestimated thestrength of the Iraqi army, which fled as ISIS advanced towardsBaghdad in June, leaving behind hundreds of military vehiclesgiven to them by the U.S..
