VENEZUELA HOLDS 'MILAN, A PLACE TO READ' EXHIBITION

(VELINO) Roma, 19 Oct - An exhibition called "Milan, a place toread" will open on Oct. 28 in Caracas, the capital ofVenezuela. The event, put on by the Arnoldo and AlbertoMondadori Foundation, was organised by the Italian CulturalInstitute, after the closure of Milan Expo, at the prestigious"Romolo Gallegos" Latin American studies centre. The exhibitionwill reveal the wonders of Milan, the undisputed capital ofItalian publishing, a city of new authors, publishers and aboveall readers, a city for reading and a city for readers. Theexhibition is divided into three sections: the Writers' Circle,the Publishers' Archipelago and the Readers' Squares, whicheach will highlight a key aspect of the relationship betweenthe city and the world of books. The exhibition runs until Nov.28. vel.
