Humanitarian mine clearance organisations meet in Rome
(AGI) Rome, Oct 6 - The annual meeting of the NationalCommittee for Humanitarian Action against Anti-personnel Mines,a convention uniting important civil society organisations, metat Rome's Foreign Ministry on Monday. In addition toinstitutional representatives, the event was attended byassociations such as the Italian Anti-mine Campaign and theNational Association of Civilian War Victims, as well as by arepresentative of UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and WorksAgency, who presented a project for Palestinian refugees on theGaza Strip.
