The euro touched a14-month low on Tuesday after the European Central Bankannounced economic stimulus measures. The dollar continued itsupward trend, hitting a six-year high of 107.14 to the yen.Sterling also continued to rise after a high of 1.6277 to thedollar this week when some polls on Scotland's independencereferendum showed a slight drop in the separatist vote.
