(AGI) Rome, Sept. 17 - The Board of Directors of Eni hasannounced, along with publication of the second-quarterresults, that shareholders will receive an interim dividend for2015 of 0.40 euro per share outstanding at ex-dividend dateSept 21, 2015 with payment on Sept 23, 2015, as announced tothe market on July 30 last year. To holders of ADRs registeredby Sept 22, 2015, listed on the New York Stock Exchange andeach representing two Eni shares, there will be an interimdividend of 0.80 euro per ADR, payable on Oct 7, 2015. Theindependent auditors issued their report pursuant to article2433-bis, paragraph 5, of the Italian Civil Code. The interimdividend was approved on the basis of the financial statementsof the parent company Eni SpA on June 30, 2015 prepared inaccordance with IFRS, which closed with a net profit of 3,649million euros.
