EU Commission to decide on flexibility, says Merkel
(AGI) Brussels, June 27 - German Chancellor Angela Merkeladdressed a press conference on Friday evening to clarify themeaning of the text of the conclusions of the EU summit, whichrefers to the best possible use of flexibility. "The bestpossible use of flexibility means that it must be used in thebest way possible, and should be appropriate to the situation,"she said.
