(AGI) Rome, Sept 30 - A total of 710,000 people aged 15-24 wereout of work in August, Italy's statistics agency ISTATreported. The jobless rate among 15-24 year olds was 11.9percent, stable compared to the month before, but up 0.7percent year-on-year. The jobless rate for 15 to 24 years olds,which is the percentage out of work compared to the total ofthose in jobs or looking for work, was 44.2 percent, up 1percentage point from the previous month and 3.6 percentagepoints in annual terms. .
