(AGI) Rome, June 26 - Etihad's acquisition of 49 percent ofAlitalia is a "friendly operation", Air France-Klm CEO andChairman Alexandre de Juniac said on Thursday. "We had 25percent of Alitalia. We have been diluted down to 7 percent andnow we are a very strong partner of Alitalia. We have bilateralpartnerships between France, the Netherlands and Italy and theyalso belong to our joint venture with Delta over the Atlantic,so this strong partnership is a benefit to all partners, butprobably more to Alitalia than to us or to Delta.
