Ukraine separatists allow access to plane crash site

(AGI) Kiev, July 18 - Ukraine separatists are to allow accessto the site of the Malaysia plane crash, said the Organisationfor Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on Friday. "As amatter of priority, they (the separatists) shall close off thesite of the catastrophe and allow local authorities to startpreparations for the recovery of bodies," it said on itswebsite. Separatists also "committed to providing safe accessand security guarantees to the national investigationcommission, including international investigators, in the areaunder their control," it said.
