(AGI) Washington, Nov 14 - U.S. retail sales rose 0.3 percentin October, against expectations of a 0.2 percent gain, afterfalling 0.3 percent in September. The rise was driven by carsales, up 0.5 percent following a 1.2 percent drop inSeptember. Outlet sales during the period August to Octoberrose 4.5 percent compared with the same period in 2013, whileother sales, largely online, rose 9.1 percent in October andwere up 7.9 percent during the period August to October,compared with the same period last year. . .
