(AGI) Copenhagen, June 27 - Italy's ambassador to Denmark,Stefano Queirolo Palmas, paid a visit to Greenland, where hehad a meeting with Prime Minister Aleqa Hammond in the capitalNuuk. Mrs Hammond congratulated Italy on receiving permanentobserver status for the Arctic Council, saying she hoped to seecloser collaboration between the countries in the fields ofscience, tourism, trade and education. The Italian ambassadorinvited Greenland to be present at the 2015 Milan Expo, whichfocuses on food and sustainable development. Greenland is anautonomous country within the Kingdom of Denmark, with theDanish government retaining control of
