The event was organised by theculture institutes and embassies of the countries in the EunicPortugal network. Chiara Gamberale was born in 1977 inRome and has written several novels. She made her debut with"Una Vita Sottile" in 1998. She also wrote "La Zona Cieca",which was awarded the Selezione Campiello 2008 prize, theinternational best-seller "Le Luci nelle Case degli Altri"(translated in Portuguese in 2012 as "As luzas nas casas dosoutros"), "Quattro etti d'amore grazie", "Per dieci minuti" and"Avro' cura di te", with Massimo Gramellini.
