(VELINO) Roma, 21 Nov - An exhibition showcasing the work ofphotographer Anatole Saderman will be held at the ItalianCultural Institute in Buenos Aires between Tuesday Nov. 25 andDec 18. The exhibition called "Saderman, Portraits in Rome"includes photographs of Guttuso, Vespignani, Afro, Capogrossiand other Italian painters. Saderman took the pictures when hemoved to Rome in 1961, after living in Buenos Aires for 30years. The portraits were shown in 1962 at the La Nuova PesaGallery in Rome and in the Argentinian capital at the ArgentinaSociety of Plastic Artists. Saderman was born in Moscow in 1904and died in Buenos Aires in 1993. He settled in the Argentinecapital in 1932 and in 1934 opened his first studio. Hespecialised in portrait photography and became one of the mostimportant photographers in the country, photographing importantwriters, musicians and visual artists. He also founded theBuenos Aires Photo Club and the Argentina Photo Club. vel.
