(AGI) - Milan, 28 sept. - The Second World Regions Forumstarted work today, Wednesday 28 September. The forum iscomposed of sub-national administrations from the world's mostdynamic and innovative areas. This year's event, held at thenew Fiera Milano City Convention Centre has as its theme'Multilevel governance and civil society for innovation andgrowth'. Governors and delegates are present from about 130regions, including Illinois, Massachusetts, Quebec, Nuevo Leon,Sao Paulo State, Buenos Aires Province, Gauteng,Baden-Wurttemberg, Madrid region, Rhone-Alpes, Catalonia, StPetersburg, Shanghai Region, Singapore, and Maharashtra, whichtogether with Lombardy, are working to develop innovative
