(AGI) Madrid, May 25 - Several top Italian designers were inMadrid over the weekend for a two-day forum with students.Domitilla Dardi, professor at Rome's European Design Institute(IED) and curator of design in the Maxxi, the National Museumof 21st Century Art, together with Andrea Trimarchi and SimoneFarresin, the founders of Studio Formafantasma, met with thestudents attending four different Master's courses: ProductDesign Labs, European Design Labs, Communication Design Labsand Strategic Design Labs. The forum was organised incollaboration with the Italian Culture Institute and was heldat the Madrid headquarters of the IED. The course opened with abrief introduction by Ms Dardi entitled "The Roads of ItalianDesign between Standard Production and Limited Editions", whichwas followed by a presentation of Studio Formafantasma's newprojects, and wound up with a Q&A session. On the followingday, the Italian designers met the students of the School ofArchitecture and other departments of the University of Navarrein a forum aimed at exchanging and sharing experiences and theknowledge acquired through design activities.
