(AGI) Amsterdam, Aug 24 - Italians who work or intend to open a business in The Netherlands' catering or hospitality sector can attend an informative meeting in Amsterdam on 12 September. The initiative was organised by the local COMITES (Committee of Italians Residing Abroad) and will be hosted by the Italian Cultural Institute (IIC), for those interested in the Dutch HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe') sector. During the meeting, successful entrepreneurs will convey their experiences in the crowded and competitive market. Speakers will include Roberto Coletti of "Roberto Gelato", an artisan who reached the worldclass level within the saturated ice cream sector, and Matthias Aichner of "La Fucina", a young entrepreneur who turned his dream into reality far from Italy's borders. The meeting will also provide information for those employed in Italian or Dutch-run businesses, broaching topics such as rights and obligations, subsidies, welfare, and pensions. (AGI) Rmo/Tig. .
