Milan stocks close lower despite Scottish No vote

(AGI) Milan, Sept 19 - The Milan Stock Exchange closed lowerwhile other European markets posted gains after Scotland's voteagainst independence. Milan fell due to weak financial stocks,following a disappointing first round of talks by the EuropeanCentral Bank on their Targeted Long-Term Refinancing Operations(TLTRO).
