Finishing touches in place in Alitalia-Etihad accord

(AGI) Rome, Aug 7 - Alitalia and Etihad Airways will sign theirpartnership agreement on Friday, subject to agreement from theEuropean Union's anti-monopoly authority, giving the UAEairline 49 percent ownership of the Italian airline.
