Police officer dies in Bahrain Shiite village bombing

(AGI) Manama, July 5 - A police officer has died following anattack on a Shiite village in Bahrain. Intelligence sourcesquoted by the official Bahrain News Agency said Mahmoud Faridhad been injured by a bomb at Ekar Est, just outside thecapital Manama, and had died of his injuries shortly afterwardsin hospital.
