Four parents out of 10 fear vaccination side effects

(AGI) Naples, Sept 26 - Four out of 10 Italian parents fear theside effects of vaccinations, whether they be fevers, allergicreactions or convulsions. They also fear that vaccinations cancause autism, auto-immune disease, neurological reactions oreven tumors. An investigation by Italy's National Observatoryof Child and Adolescent Health (Osservatorio Nazionale sullasalute dell'infanzia e dell'adolescenza, Paidoss) to evaluateattitudes about immunization among pediatric physicians andfamilies will be presented at the First International Infancyand Adolescent Forum to be held in Naples from Sept. 25 to 27.. .
