UIL open to dialogue on Art. 18, but safeguards stay

(AGI) Rome, Sept 21 - The Italian Labour Union (UIL) was opento dialogue on Art. 18 of the constitution, but existingsafeguards must not be touched, Secretary-General LuigiAngeletti told AGI.
