European markets open flat

(AGI) Rome, July 10 - European markets opened flat followingpublication of minutes of the Federal Reserve June meeting,which failed to indicate precisely when US rates will rise.London was down 0.04 percent and Milan's FTSE MIB lost 0.04percent settling at 20,877 points. Frankfurt was down 0.1percent, Paris 0.06 percent and Madrid 0.1 percent. . .
