Italian Labour Commission passes Jobs Act on for debate
(AGI) Rome, Nov 20 - The green light has been given to theItalian government's Jobs Act by the Chamber of Deputies LabourCommission. Now the measure will be debated in a plenarysession on Friday. Several changes have been made to the textsince it left the Senate, mainly due to divisions within theDemocratic Party. One of the most important changes is inArticle 18 of the Labour Statute that guarantees peopleunjustly fired the right to get their job back. The LabourCommission has passed an amendment proposed by the DemocraticParty which removes this right for
