Merloni family sells 60. 4 percent of Indesit to Whirlpool

(AGI) Rome, July 11 - U.S. domestic appliance manufacturerWhirlpool has agreed to buy Fineldo's stake in Indesit. TheMerloni family have also agreed to sell Whirlpool 60.4 percentof Indesit Company share capital, which includes 66.8 percentof the voting rights.
