On the day in which the Jubilee celebrates Mary Pope Francis once again called for help and support for migrants, summoning the mother of God. She also, said the pope, was a migrant. The Pope also announced  that the Jubilee will close on the Consistory, on the 19th of November, the day before the closing of the Holy door. The Pope will proclaim 13 new cardinals from 11 different countries, 4 of them are over 80 years old, and will therefore not have the right tho vote during the next conclave.
