(AGI) Brussels, March 5 - The European Court of Justice onThursday dismissed an appeal by the European Commission againstthe reduction of a fine imposed on Eni SpA and its subsidiaryVersalis for taking part in an international synthetic rubbercartel between 1993 and 2002. The EU General Court inLuxembourg cut the fine by 20 percent in 2012 from theapproximately 132 million euros requested by the Commission tojust over 106 million euros.
