(AGI) Rome, March 12 - Eni SpA's board of directors approvedthe company's consolidated financial statement and draft budgetfor 2014, respectively reporting 1.291 billion euros in netincome and 4.45 billion euros. The board also voted to proposedividends of 1.12 euros per share at the shareholders' meeting,of which 0.56 euros were already distributed in September 2014.The remaining 0.56 euros per share will be paid out from May 20of 2015, with May 18 set as the ex-dividend date and May 19 asthe record date.
