(VELINO) Roma, 29 Mar - Moscow will host the 20th edition of N.I.C.E. (the New Italian Cinema Events) Festival, from April 4 to April 9. During the 6-day event, Russians will have the opportunity to watch newly released Italian films and participate in dialogues with the film directors. The event will be attended by major Italian directors including Mimmo Calopresti, Claudio Rossi Massimi, Federico Micali, Francesco Fei, Gianmarco D'Agostino, Francesco Carrozzini. The Festival's opening ceremony will take place on April 4 at 7 p.m. in the Oktjabr Cinema, and will be attended by Viviana del Bianco, N.I.C.E. director, Olga Strada, director of the Italian Cultural Institute in Moscow, Naum Klejman, an expert of History of the Cinema, and film directors Mimmo Calopresti and Francesco Fei. Paolo Virzi's 'La pazza gioia' [Like Crazy] will open the festival. The main characters, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi and Micaela Ramazzotti will attend the screening to launch this 'road movie' which focuses on the world of women with an unusually sensitive outlook. It tells the story of a friendship that goes through tragical and comical adventures but that will give a new turn to the two women's lives. vel
