(AGI) Bologna, June 3 - The 10th edition of R2B (Research toBusiness), the international show on industrial research andinnovation organised by the Emilia Romagna Region, BolognaFiere, Aster and Smau, opened in Bologna on Wednesday. Thisyear the show is promoting the region's new Por Fesr 2014-2020European funds. From Wednesday through Friday, theinternational show will plan meetings between companies,research centres and universities in an exhibition area hostingthe region's best start-ups and workshops on how to make thebest use of European funds. Thisyear the show is promoting the region's new Por Fesr 2014-2020European funds. The ribbon-cutting ceremony wasattended by the Minister of Labour, Giuliano Poletti, and thePresident of the Regional Authority, Stefano Bonaccini. Theevent has recorded a continuous rise in visitors over theyears: from 4,000 in 2011 to 5,750 in 2014, with over 200exhibitors and delegates from 25 countries around the world.The Research to Business 2015 will also feature a roadshowdedicated to the new Por Fesr 2014-2020 European funds,specifically focused on presenting the new tenders for localcompanies and services supporting research and innovation.(AGI). .
