(AGI) Milan, Sept 29 - Carlo Pesenti will not be a member ofMediobanca's new board of directors following a meeting of thebank's main stakeholders, who have unanimously approvedcandidatures to be presented to the October 28 shareholdersassembly. As expected the bank's president Renato Pagliaro andCEO Alberto Nagel's appointments have been confirmed. New boardmembers include Massimo Carfagna, representing the Doris familyand Maurizio Costa representing Fininvest. the Pesenti familyhas approved the appointment of Alberto Pecci who willtherefore remain on the board.
