(AGI) Berlin, Sept. 17 - Germany's Finance Minister WolfgangSchaeuble has said in an interview with Reuters that criticismof Germany's trade surplus "is neither logical nor reasonable."Schaeuble added that Europe's financial problems are not theresult of supply and demand, and therefore structural reform isdecisive. The minister also said that at the next G20 summit hewill emphasise that sustainable growth requires structuralreform as well as sustainable fiscal policies and that the 20member countries will have to make progress in regulating theshadow banking system and minimum capital requirements forlarge transnational banks. . .
