(AGI) Milan, July 18 - The Milan Stock Exchange closed higher,with the FTSE MIB gaining 0.65 percent to 20,737 points and theAll Share rising 0.51 percent to 22,015 points. After aturbulent morning, mainly over fears from rising tensions inUkraine and Gaza, Milan was Europe's best performer. Banks andenergy shares did well with the exception of MPS.
