(AGI) Milan, June 30 - BPM bank closed 2.89 percent lower onthe Milan Stock Exchange on Monday, while the Banco Popolarelost 3.14 percent after a halt to the sale of its Release unit.UBI slipped 2.89 percent and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Sienalost 3.74 percent following the conclusion of its capitalincrease. BPER bank gained 1.2 percent and Carige bank jumped2.56 percent. In the energy sector, Enel was up 1.62 percent inthe wake of a favourable report from UBS bank, Eni gained 0.60percent, and A2A 0.30 percent. Fiat lost 2.04 percent ahead ofnew vehicle registration figures, while CEO Sergio Marchionneannounced a shareholders' meeting for the merger with Chryslerfor the beginning of August. . .
