(AGI) Bastia Umbra (Perugia), July 1 - Almost 3000 journaliststook part on Wednesday in the first stage of selection for 100positions in RAI. The public service broadcaster is satisfiedbecause "the numbers confirm the correctness of the decision toconduct a public selection. ... rewarding the public service'schoice of transparency", it said in a press release. RAI'sDirector of Human Resources, Valerio Fiorespino, is pleasedwith this process - "an important step that will allow us tochoose the best 100", and "a bet on the future of the companyconsistent with the investments in technology and humanresources made by RAI in recent years". The company and theevaluation committee, chaired by Ferruccio de Bortoli, thankedall participants "for the composure and professionalism" withwhich they had handled the test.
