(AGI) Rome, Sept 20 - Europe's economy is growing at a slowerpace than economies in other parts of the world, and Italy'seconomy is lagging behind Europe's, so the country needsreforms now, Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan wrote onTwitter.
