Huawei first-half revenue up 19 percent

(AGI) Rome, July 21 - Chinese telecoms equipment giant Huaweion Monday posted 21.8 billion-dollar revenues for the firsthalf of the year. The figure was up 19.0 percent year-on-yearand, combined with an 18.3 percent rise in operating margin,was in line with the company's forecasts. Chief FinancialOfficer Cathy Meng, said Huawei will achieve "sustainablegrowth" within 2014. (AGI) .
