(AGI) March 3 - FCA's CEO, Sergio Marchionne, says a holdingcompany is likely to be set up in The Netherlands, in view ofFerrari's quotation on the stock exchange. Marchionneemphasised that Ferrari 'will remain in Italy and will stillpay taxes in the country'. During a press conference at theGeneva auto show, Marchionne explained that 'the issue is stillbeing discussed and nothing has been decided yet'. He alsomentioned the possibility of Dutch holdings presiding over themanufacturing company, which will remain in Italy, and thatmarket quotations of over 10 percent of Ferrari are'technically possible'. During the presentation of the 488GTB,the executive said that the market is short of stock assets,and that the issue is to float the right volume. With sellingvery easy, the key decision is setting the price so as to avoidimbalances. Another choice to be made is which second stockmarket will see Ferrari stock.
