(AGI) Brussels, June 30 - Italy has been asked by the EU toprovide details of the deal between Alitalia and United ArabEmirates airline Etihad. The government has been given untilJuly 22 to specify how much state aid will be provided toAlitalia by Poste Italiane (the Italian Post Office), and forinformation on the Etihad operation. The agreement is not acompetition issue, but concerns ownership and control of thecompany under the remit of EU Transport Commissioner SiimKallas.
