(AGI) Milan, Sept 12 - ECB president Mario Draghi has said thatEuropean countries must pass some ambitious framework reformsif they want their economies to resume growth. Speaking at thepress conference following the Eurogroup summit, he said:"Framework reforms are a necessary tool. Monetary stimuli aloneare not enough without proper reforms". Draghi also warned ofthe need to stay alert about public finances: "Let's not forgetabout the imbalances of the past. Consolidation has reducedthem but the stability pact has worked as an anchor of faith".. .
