(AGI) Rome, Sept 11 - The euro dropped to 1.2914 against thedollar in early trading on Thursday, but was higher than theprevious day's 13-month low. Weighed down by the EuropeanCentral Bank's economic stimulus announcements, the commoncurrency also exchanged down against the yen, at 137.99. Thedollar gained on the yen, hitting a six year high of 106.87. Inthe lead-up to the Scottish independence referendum, the poundwas down to 1.6917 against the dollar, just above recent10-month lows. . .
