Thevote - should the yes side win - could have repercussionsthroughout Europe, and especially in countries like Spain wherethe Catalans intend to break away from Madrid, in Belgium wherethe Flemish want to separate from the Walloons, and in Italywhere the Northern League is also pursuing its separatistdreams.
