(AGI) Copenhagen, Feb 15 - Denmark's prime minister, HelleThorning-Schmidt, said on Sunday that the motives leading agunman to open fire in two separate attacks in Copenhagen,killing two people and injuring five, are still unknown. Thesuspected terrorist, whose identity has not yet been revealed,was shot and killed on Sunday morning by Danish police. Theauthorities had released security camera images to help locatethe perpetrator, who was described as male, aged between 25 and30, and with an "Arabic appearance". "We don't know the motivefor the attacks but we know that there are forces that want toharm Denmark, that want to crush our freedom of expression, ourbelief in liberty", Thorning-Schmidt said during a pressconference. "We are not facing a fight between Islam and theWest, it is not a fight between Muslims and non-Muslims. It isa battle between ideas based on freedom of the individual and adark ideology", she affirmed. (AGI) . .
