(AGI) New York, Sept 25 - The Islamic State is the result ofthe work of "certain intelligence agencies have put blades inthe hands of madmen, who now spare no-one," and of "certainStates" that have created extremism and now "cannot deal withit", Iran's president, Hassan Rouhani, told the United Nationson Thursday, implicitly accusing the United States andWashington's allies in the Gulf. "The right solution to thisquandary is to come from within the region and a regionallyprovided solution with international support and not from theoutside the region" he added, referring to the coalition thatis bombing parts of Syria and Iraq. .
