(AGI) Maputo, Sept. 23 - Twenty-three international observershave arrived in Mozambique, invited by the government tomonitor the ceasefire following the agreement that endedhostilities with Renamo. The soldiers come from nine differentcountries, South Africa, Botswana, Cape Verde, the UnitedStates, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal, Kenya and Zimbabwe, andwill be operational as of September 30, as announced by theMinister for Agriculture, Jose Pacheco. . .
