Doctors Without Borders leaves Kunduz but not Afghanistan
(AGI) Kunduz (Afghanistan), Oct 4 - Doctors Without Borders(MSF in the original French acronym), an international,independent medical humanitarian organisation, has left Kunduzon Sunday but does not intend to withdraw from Afghanistan. Thedeath toll of the NATO shelling that destroyed theorganisation's hospital in Kunduz has risen to 19. The closingof the hospital, the only one in north-eastern Afghanistancapable of treating serious cases, will have a devastatingimpact on the civilian population.
